Music schools love it. Conservatories love it. And who knows? Maybe you will learn to love it too. The 200 model has been enormously popular for more than fifty years. By creating it, Bösendorfer has produced a piano that clearly longs for its tonal and dynamic affinities to come under scrutiny alongside those of its “big brothers”, which is why it is so often the choice of professional teachers at conservatories and music schools. However, its compact size means it is equally at home in a private space.
The Bösendorfer salon grand model 214VC is happiest demonstrating its concert capabilities at performances in medium-sized concert halls.
Longer keys, a much larger soundboard and longer bass strings distinguish this Bösendorfer Grand from our smaller models. With its concert capabilities, its superb balance and versatility, this model is the top choice for small to medium size concert halls. Model 214 offers a very satisfying level of playing experience and fulfills all the requirements of music schools and conservatories. Its individual sound character enables students to get to know the wide possibilities available for interpretation and tonal shaping, that will help them do justice to the full diversity of musical repertoire.
