Major Repairs

When it comes to piano repairs, we have very high standards.  We have a pragmatic approach which helps us answer the question, "what needs to be done to satisfy the customer?"

Before major repairs are recommended, we consider the piano's value against the cost of repairs.  If an extensive repair is not worth doing, we re-evaluate the customers expectations.  This simple idea often costs us work but ensures our customers are treated fairly.
