Once I found
PianoWorks, I knew I'd found the piano for which I'd been instinctively looking.
They carry a high grade of pianos in different price ranges, but they shine
particularly in showing fine European instruments unlike any I'd played before.
I could see and hear a wonderful dedication to quality. Just as important was
how I was treated. I wasn't able to buy a piano right away and kept coming back
to the store over a period of years. I was impressed with their cordiality,
warmth, and never felt pressured to buy.
Recently, I was
thrilled to purchase an Estonia grand from PianoWorks. The weekend of my
purchase, Dr. Indrek Laul, the president and owner of the Laul Estonia Piano
Company, was visiting PianoWorks and gave a concert in the performance hall. I
was able to speak with Dr. Laul and he personally signed my piano! As I talked
with him, he assured me his factory buys the same materials and puts the same
care into making the smaller grands as they do their 9 foot grand. In fact, Dr.
Laul's mother personally plays and approves every piano before it leaves the
factory. This was significant to me because I will never perform in a concert
hall, but it's been my desire to have a concert quality piano in my home. I am
truly grateful to have found a piano of this caliber at PianoWorks.
